For this iconic 31-story hotel and commercial tower, our partner AJB Hightech was tasked with implementing a state-of-the-art Honeywell Building Management System. The goal was to create a fully integrated "smart building" that centralizes control over all critical facility systems, thereby enhancing guest comfort, improving energy efficiency, and streamlining facility management.
